A small introduction to where we come from, Bangladesh is the 94th smallest (148,460 km2) country globally and ranked 26th in Asia, with a large population base & being the fourth largest in Asia and the eighth largest globally, among the total population around 68% are of rural and 32% of urban inhabitants, with almost an equal male-female ratio (49.5: 50.5), with a highly favourable demographic structure i.e., 64% working age population, 

The sectoral contributions to GDP are from services (51.24%), manufacturing (37.56%), and agriculture (11.20%).

Bangladesh Readymade Garment (RMG) is the key pillar of the economy that contributes to 84% of total exports and has created  4.6 million employment & around 60% of them are female.

Leveraging relatively low labor costs and a large population base – Bangladesh has become the second-largest global garment supplier following China and is the largest in South Asia.
